A very good resource if you're wondering what supplements to take and what they do.

Great source of information on all kinds of empirically validated supplements, including grape seed, cranberry juice, amino acids, vitamins, minerals and more of what it takes to have a healthy body and improve certain health conditions. Includes study summaries and safe amounts to take too. This is a must read!
