Very good, thorough page on Vitamin D. Contains information I never thought to ask. As someone with Osteoporosis, this is a page I wish I would have seen long ago. I wish there was more information on Vitamin D's interaction with other vitamins and minerals for the production and retention of bone, a common issue as we age.
